Wellness Wednesday: In Need of a Free Workout?

Collegiettes™, come and enjoy a FREE and fun group workout every Sunday with Tampa’s top personal trainer and gym owner of One More Rep Sports Performance And Weight Loss.

When: Every Sunday at 2 p.m.

Where: Heather Lakes Park 1850 Windingwood Way, Brandon, FL 33511 (only 10 minutes away from USF)

What kind of workouts should I expect? You should expect the most energetic and fun workout you have ever experienced! Mark Oliver is a trainer that makes every single workout exciting and different than the other one. These workouts will incorporate the use of free weights such as; barbells, kettlebells, box jumps, body weight movements, and running.

Come out to the park to workout and bring a friend.
