My Top 3 Absolute Favorite At-Home Workout Videos

Today, I am going to tell you about my 3 favorite at-home workouts from Popsugar fitness that are, at most, 30 minutes long. These workouts are perfect because they can fit into our busy schedules and they leave everyone feeling great afterward. They are also super accessible which makes it even easier to get a hold of. 

30 Minute Dance, Box, and Booty Burn Workout 

This workout is packed with a lot of different steps and will always leave you with a smile. One thing that I love about this workout is that although it has a lot of focus on boxing, the dance steps that you learn throughout the video make this workout all the more enjoyable.

30 Minute All-levels Cardio Dance Workout 

This workout leaves me with a sweaty smile and a feeling of motivation. There is a lot of jumping in this workout, which makes it that much more intense. Plus, the instructors are so motivational and supportive. If you need a boost in your self-confidence, then this is the video for you.

30 Minute Low Impact Workout to Torch Calories 

This workout is very focused on strength training. I really like it and would recommend this video to someone who doesn’t know where to start with strength training. It is very informative and you get a great workout out of it. One of my favorite things about this workout is that you feel and see where you are getting stronger the more you do it. This workout is awesome and I 100% recommend it to everyone.
