Soft, soothing music helps you fall asleep faster and can improve the quality of your sleep, studies say.

Whenever I am feeling a bit restless and can’t bring myself to fall asleep, I put on a specific playlist of songs that I don’t listen to too often. Listening to songs I don’t listen to on a regular basis puts me to sleep easier, as my mind is more focused on the melody than the lyrics and I am more focused on my one goal: sleep.

Check out some of these songs if you enjoy falling asleep to music and need some new music added to the queue!
