This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UNCW chapter.

Name: Dana Weber

Year: Sophomore

Major: Recreation Therapy

Hometown: Raleigh, NC

HC: What are you involved in on campus?

DW: I’m a Desk Receptionist in Trihouse (Cornerstone, International House, and Honors), and I’m a part of ARTS, the Rec Therapy club here at UNCW.

HC: What are some of your favorite things to do in your downtime?

DW: Play guitar, watch movies, spend time with friends, and be outside doing something adventurous!

HC: What is your idea of a perfect date?

DW: I would love to just go to the beach and hang out. Food is a must, but nothing fancy.

HC: Who is your celebrity crush and why?

DW: Chris Pratt. He’s seriously perfect.

HC: If you had any dating advice for incoming college students, what would that be?

DW: Try not to become super invested in one person. Our generation makes it seem like you either have to hook up or be in a committed relationship. You should try to go on genuine dates and get to know people you might be interested in! If you end up really liking someone, take it from there.

HC: Where do you see yourself in ten years?

DW: That’s a scary thought. I guess the first thing that comes to mind is that I hope I’ll enjoy my career and be successful at it! Maybe I’ll be married? I have no idea.
