How to Apply

The mask is covered, front and back, by a layer of film. The instructions say to peel one side off, apply it your face, and then remove the other side of film. You may find it easier to go ahead and remove both films before applying and then pressing it firmly into each corner of your face. Leave the mask on for 20 to 25 minutes. When the timer goes off, pat the excess serum on your face.

How to Relax

You know what method works best for you when it comes to calming your body. For me this experience was even more enjoyable when using at night, after a long, stressful day at school, with a couple of good smelling candles lit. I like to relax in a comfortable setting (like my bed), laying on my back with my face straight up and still. (Pro tip: No phones! I know this is easier said than done, especially when you have hilarious friends like I do that constantly tag you in funny yet accurate memes all day long. But you’ll find yourself feeling even more refreshed if you can manage to put your phone away for the next half hour.)

What I Like About It

The mask both feels and smells amazing. It’s super cold to your face at first but once it’s on for a minute or two, you can start to feel the mask really working its way into your pores. It turns into a relaxing cold that spreads across each section of your face, working through your forehead, the sides of your nose, your check bones, and jaw line.  The hint of coconut scent works well, too, in keeping you calm and relaxed.

The Results

My face feels amazing even through the next day. I definitely feel more calmed while dealing with the stacks of homework I have to do the week before finals!
