Alright, friends. WE ARE ALMOST THERE! Summer break is one month + a few finals away, and maybe that New Year’s resolution to go back to the gym hasn’t quite sunken in yet (I can’t be the only one…) but there’s still hope! We have about five weeks left until we’re off on our own sunny adventures for about three and a half months; five weeks may not be enough time for a complete transformation, but it is enough time to get started on exercising and keep going throughout the months to come. Before you know it, you’ll see the differences, and summer will be all the better!

I’ve found videos you can follow along with either in your dorm or at the gym to tone your muscles and feel more confident in your favorite summer outfit. Between writing papers and studying for finals, give them a try!

Legs: Who doesn’t want to look good in shorts during the summertime? Here are some leg workouts that’ll help slim down your thighs and make your calves look great.

10 minute “quicky”

15 minute leg pilates

20 minute inner thigh toner

Arms: A summer without a good tank top not a summer that I want to live through, am I right? These workouts can be done with or without dumbbells, it’s up to you!

5.5 minute arm slimmer

6 minute muscle builder

15 minute arm pilates

Abs: I know that I am not the only person who hates working on abs with a passion; they’re a pain! But, my friends, pain is progress (minimal eye roll included).

8 minute beginner’s

10 minute intermediate

20 minute advanced

Give these a try before the summer starts (including a healthy diet, decent amount of sleep, etc. to go with it), and you’ll start seeing the results; the best part is that you don’t even have to go over to the gym!
