As we know, Texas heat is not for the weak, and hotter days can definitely impact your routine. Whether you walk across your college campus or just enjoy some time outdoors, it is essential to feel good while also staying protected. Therefore, here are five beauty product suggestions to help you stay flawless during these hotter days.

Shiseido Clear Sunscreen Stick SPF 50+ ($26.40)

Of course, sunscreen had to be the first item on this list of essentials because it is indeed an essential! This sunscreen is invisible, anti-aging, and compact enough to take everywhere you go. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it is that good. It’s fragrance-free, super easy to reapply, water-resistant, and most importantly, it will protect your skin.

Neutrogena Sun Rescue After Sun Rehydrating Spray ($13.97)

This after-sun spray really comes to the rescue when it comes to hydration and protection after sun exposure. It is super lightweight, moisturizing, and relieving the skin on the days we need it most, while also helping with dryness and preventing peeling.

Amika The Shield Anti-Humidity ($14)

If you enjoy heat styling your hair, this anti-humidity spray might be for you. This product will keep your styled hair from getting frizzy and, of course, from humidity. It also protects your hair from heat up to 450°F. This might be your hair’s next best friend on hot days.

Pacifica Island Vanilla Hair & Body Mist ($5)

If you enjoy vanilla fragrances, then you will love this mist. It’s a beautifully made vanilla fragrance, alcohol-free, and can be used on your hair and skin. The times I’ve used this mist, I’ve gotten so many compliments, and the best of all, it’s $5 for the 59ml bottle.

One Size On ‘Til Dawn Mattifying Sunscreen Makeup Setting Spray SPF 28 ($21)

Whether you love a soft glam or occasionally, this setting spray is one of the best on the market. It is sweat-resistant, has SPF 28, and will keep your makeup almost intact for many hours. This is my favorite setting spray. I use it every time I do my makeup, and it has really helped keep my makeup flawless while protecting my skin from the sun on hotter days.

I’ve tried a multitude of beauty products and even keep a few on rotation, but none have compared to these. Tested, tried, and true, I would recommend this list of products to anyone who asks. While it’s true that what works for me may not work for others, I highly suggest you give these a try. (The sunscreen stick is sure to blow your mind!)
