This week’s song of the week is Young Dumb & Broke by Khalid, which got me through finals last semester. The nostalgic gentleness of this song was exactly what I needed to motivate myself while suffering in the snow and cold of Fall 2017. Young Dumb & Broke grounded me, reminded me that I am not alone in my place in the world and that every day, I become less young and less dumb (but more broke).
