Fall break…for some, a day to get covered in glitter and party on the beach. For others, a day to relax and catch up on homework and all the sleep you missed during midterms. No matter what, it was a glorious day off, and Monday morning was a rude, cold reentry into the world of campus.

Luckily, we have a few essentials to help you stay sane during this crazy time. And if you start to cave under the pressure, remember that there’s only two and a half more weeks until Thanksgiving Break!

Keep the no-worries beach vibes going.

Aero’s new accessories line is effortlessly cool and can take you from season to season. Whether it’s stylish sunglasses for the summer sun or some on-trend denim pieces for fall, Aeropostale has your back.

If you’re really not ready to admit it’s winter, you may be craving a nice tan that would be way easier to get in July than November. If you’ve got a semiformal or other special event coming up, grab a L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelette to get your glow on! These handy towelettes are great on-the-go solution for a natural-looking, streak-free tan.

If you’re trying to rock some beachy waves or a cool updo, lock in your look in with some hairspray from Bed Head by TIGI. Whether you’re dancing the night away or just stepping up your appearance for a big presentation, this hairspray will keep your look going for hours.

Avoid a flu-season plague.

With colds getting passed around left and right, it’s important to keep your immune system healthy so you can do your best work. If you clip a Steripod cap onto your toothbrush, you can keep it safe from nasty airborne germs and cross-contaminants from nearby toothbrushes. If your roommate just came down with the flu, protecting your toothbrush is a great way to protect yourself.

And don’t forget to hydrate! Drinking water is one of the simplest ways to boost your immune system, and with Spindrift sparkling water with real fruit juice, getting your daily dose of H2O will be tastier than ever. The delicious flavors like blackberry, raspberry lime, lemon, cucumber, and more are made with nothing but pure fruit and sparkling water.

Pencil in some time for yourself.

The weeks leading up to Thanksgiving can be crazy stressful with homework and projects, but make sure to practice self care! One easy way to do that is to treat yourself to a quick face mask from Freeman Beauty. With awesome formulas like Cucumber + Pink Salt and Charcoal + Black Sugar, you’ll be feeling beautiful in no time!

If you’re worried you won’t be able to fit in time to take care of yourself in between all your study sessions and group project meetings, make a date with yourself and don’t back out. Find a spare thirty minutes in your schedule and write it down! Not sure when you’re free? Make sure you are keeping track of your busy schedule with an amazing agenda like the Erin Condren Life Planners. They’ll help every day be stylized, organized, and personalized. The new hardback style is the perfect size and shape for a gal on the go!

When all else fails, there’s always candy.

If you want to mix things up from your typical study snack, try some Hi-Chew candy! It’s been #1 in Japan for years, and they’re definitely onto something. It comes in a variety of fun fruit flavors like Kiwi, Strawberry, and Mango, and you can find it in most convenience stores and places like Target. Perfect for a little pick-me-up during those late-night cram sessions or just because.

Hopefully these essentials help you survive the gap between fall break and Thanksgiving! Good luck!
