Fun, Free Activities for UGA Students in February

If you and your friends are looking for something fun to do, here are some activities throughout the month of February that are free for UGA students. Make sure to bring your Student ID! 

Yoga in the Galleries: Thursday, February 16th, 6 pm – 7 pm

The Georgia Museum of Art is offering a free yoga class Thursday night. The class is open to all ability levels and yoga mats will be provided. Space is first come first serve, and tickets will be available at the front desk starting at 5:15 pm. 

Student Night at The Georgia Museum of Art: Thursday, February 16th, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The Georgia Museum of Art Student Association is hosting an event for students with themed activities and refreshments in honor of the latest exhibitions, including “Object Lessons in American Art.” 

Movie Bingo: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Thursday, February 23rd, 7 pm – 10 pm

Play a fun game of Bingo with quotes and scenes from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two. The game doesn’t contain spoilers, so if you have friends that haven’t seen the movie before, they can play along. Movie Bingo will take place in the Tate Student Theatre. 

Movie Screening: Smile: Friday, February 24th, 7 pm – 10 pm

Smile is a psychological thriller and one of the most talked-about horror movies of 2022. If you haven’t seen it yet, you can watch it for free Friday night at the Tate Student Theatre.
