Austin McBroom has become the newest internet troll, and I must admit, I’m totally here for it! Despite his controversial past, I can’t help but notice his presence on my TikTok FYP, and I’m absolutely loving every moment of it.
If you didn’t already know, Austin McBroom is associated with the widely recognized family vlog channel, The Ace Family, where he shares insights into the experiences of parenthood. Despite his channel’s popularity, I’ve never been particularly interested in his content, and my familiarity with him largely revolves around the controversies he’s been involved in. However, it’s worth delving into why he has become the latest meme sensation on the internet.
Austin’s first notable trolling moment occurred when he visited the UCLA campus, generating a lot of buzz. He humorously posed as a UCLA graduate student studying Psychology, pretending to struggle with finding his class — a scenario that struck a chord with my freshmen experience. One highlight for me during this interaction was witnessing Austin’s reaction to navigating our campus. Seeing a popular influencer grappling with the everyday challenge of stairs couldn’t help but make me burst out laughing.
