4 Healthy Snacks I’m Munching on From Home

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UCLA chapter.

Being cooped up and safe (thankfully!) at home has probably turned every person to look for comfort through food. It’s a tough time for the world, and healthy eating is the last thing on anyone’s mind right now, understandably so. That being said, I wanted to share some really yummy snacks I’ve been trying for the past few weeks that are too good to be believe that they are good for you…but they are! The best part is that you can order of these snacks online, so no need to waste time looking through the aisles at Trader Joe’s or your favorite grocery store for new yummy (and healthy) snacks!

Good Good, Belgian Choco Hazel Spread

Good Good offers a Belgian Choco Hazel spread for a better-for-you twist on everybody’s favorite treat for only 2 grams of sugar, compared to the 20 grams per serving in other chocolate hazelnut spreads. Available on Amazon and on the Good Good website! Trust me, you won’t be able to put down your spoon.

Lenny & Larry’s Cookies

Each cookie is packed with protein, fiber, and none of the bad stuff. Cravings will be filled with fun flavors like Complete CookiesComplete Crunchy and Complete Cremes. I also am really loving the Keto Cookie flavor.

ONE Brands Protein Bar

I am loving these plant based snacks, made with high-quality ingredients with only 12 grams of plant protein and only 1 gram of sugar—making them a guilt-free treat for a snack or breakfast. They come in fun flavors such as Banana Nut BreadChocolate Peanut ButterChurro and Carrot Cake– which just so happens to be the same list of sweets all my friends are baking on Instagram right now.

Fody Foods Snack Bars

These Dark Chocolate, Nuts and Sea Salt Snack Bars are the perfect gut-healthy treat to enjoy at home. These snacks are loaded with crunchy nuts, scrumptious dark chocolate, and just the right amount of sea salt. Snack on! Available for purchase on the Fody Foods website and Amazon

Happy snacking & make sure to share with your quarantine crew!
