For me, fall never truly starts until I finally see fashion inspo for the season on my feed again. And while I must admit that just the idea of throwing on a sweater and boots in Orlando’s current weather makes me want to jump into a pool, that doesn’t mean I’m not enjoying all the fall-inspired lookbooks and mood boards I’ve been seeing across social media.
Almost every year, I see names like Lily-Rose Depp and Bella Hadid mentioned in these kinds of posts as two of the most influential models and celebrities, no matter the season. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a longtime fan of both their street style and red carpet looks. I look forward to seeing photos from the Cannes Film Festival every year strictly because of Hadid, who has been dubbed “The Queen of Cannes,” and the amazing looks she always steps out in.
As for Depp, her street style—a perfect blend of French and American influence—is so fashionable, yet effortless (at least, in my eyes). One of my favorite casual looks from her has to be her pairing of a Burberry skirt with brown boots, a long black jacket, a white top, and sheer tights. Depp has even made a simple black sweater and jeans look so good that Kylie Jenner couldn’t help but try to recreate it.
That said, Hadid and Depp have done a pretty good job of establishing themselves as staple figures in the fashion industry. I anticipate that in the many more years to come, these two will continue to be seen and mentioned all over the internet thanks to their chic and trendy sense of style.
However, there are just a few names I’d like to start seeing next to theirs. Known primarily for their acting, these three women specifically have caught my eye on and off the TV screen and have become a new source of inspiration for my fall fashion.
- Myha’la Herrold
-
30-year-old actress Myha’la Herrold first appeared on my radar after I began watching HBO’s hit show Industry, in which Herrold is a main lead. It was actually the way her character, Harper Stern, was styled in the third season of the show that caught my attention. In the previous seasons, I hadn’t noticed anything about her character’s sense of style that stood out to me, but I suppose it simply grew the more her character did.

Not to mention, Herrold has perfected a street-style take on business casual that I, for some reason, have seen no one talk about. One of my favorite looks from her is an outfit she was spotted wearing in March, which consisted of a brown fur leather jacket, low–rise jeans, and gold ballet slippers paired with sunglasses and a mini purse. I mean, can it get any better than that?
To top it all off, in 2025, Herrold was one of 55 celebrities to be declared best dressed of that year by Vogue. The article specifically cites her best look from 2025 to be the “sculptural gray wool Luar minidress (inspired by the Black Tudors of 16th-century England) and thigh-high moiré Timberlands” that she wore to the Met Gala.
Herrold is set to return for the fifth season of Industry, and if there’s anything I’m looking forward to coming out of it, it’s the amazing press looks. Additionally, here’s to hoping Herrold appears in some more tailored looks in the show because, as of right now, nothing is topping the gray power suit she wore in season four.

What is there for me to say about Taylor Russell other than that I’m completely obsessed with everything she wears? In the fall, she can often be seen wearing a long trench coat that varies in color, slacks or jeans, and her black Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66s. I’ve been dying to own a pair of those shoes myself, but seeing all the casual, incredibly cute ways Russell styles them only makes me want them even more.
Admittedly, I also have a huge soft spot for the many hats Russell seems to own and would love to pull them off just as well as she does (curly hair problems…IYKYK). To add to her collection, Russell has her own limited-edition hat that she designed in collaboration with knitwear creator and business owner Ilana Blumberg.
Russell posted an announcement of the collaboration to her Instagram early this month and, in the caption of her post, gave a rundown of all the natural materials that were used to create it. Maybe one day I’ll feel inspired enough to finally make an attempt to become a hat girl. Needless to say, if I ever do, I certainly know who I’m looking to for some inspiration.
Another staple piece of Russell’s is the cross-body bag that she often throws over her many layers of jackets. I believe my first introduction to Russell’s style was in November 2023 when she was spotted in London. Her outfit, which to this day remains one of my favorites, consisted of a black jean jacket that was pulled over a bright orange sweater, which was also layered on top of what looked like a white crocheted hoodie. And of course, a cross-body bag was present too.

I think it was to be expected that any child of Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet would turn out to have amazing style. Their daughter, Zoë Kravitz, is probably known just as much for the stylish outfits she can be seen wearing around New York as she is for being an actress.
Considering that she’s been in the industry for quite some time now, the internet is definitely well acquainted with Kravitz. And yet, it’s not often that I see many people talk about how amazing her fashion sense is. Once in a while, a video might appear on my feed in which someone talks about her summer style, but I’m personally a much bigger fan of her fall looks. If it got cold enough in Orlando to layer jackets and scarves as Kravitz does, I’d be her biggest copycat.
I can only hope that everyone who is just now tuning in to Kravitz after learning of the latest drama pertaining to her ex-fiancé, Channing Tatum, is taking this opportunity to become familiar with all the amazing looks she has graced the paparazzi with. Personally, my favorite piece that the actress has been photographed wearing several times before is a suede Penny Lane fur-trimmed coat that she usually pairs with black pants and a pair of slip-on shoes. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Zoë Kravitz outfit without a pair of sunglasses and wired headphones to finish the look off. I can at least say I have that part down.
As for all the other parts of Kravitz’s outfits—as in, the heavy and thick layering—I’m afraid I won’t be able to recreate them anytime soon. If this fall is anything like last year, I expect that light cardigans and tights are best for now. However, once early November arrives, Zoë Kravitz’s name just might start appearing in my Pinterest search history more than usual.

If I wasn’t already yearning for fall weather to arrive, I definitely am now. Truthfully, there’s nothing I’m looking forward to more this season than seeing these three talented, stylish young women put on their best fall–styled outfits and show them off to the world. But for now, my Pinterest boards and I will be waiting until then.
