  • ½ lb of unsalted butter, room temp

  • 2 cups flour

  • ⅛ kosher salt

 

For the filling

  • 6 extra large eggs

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp of grated lemon zest

  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 cup flour

  • Powder sugar (for dusting on top)
