Christine Louis is second year Biology major at UC Irvine. She is working hard to acheive her goal of becoming a doctor one day, and along the way she is enjoying her time with her sorority sisters!
1. Tell me about yourself, and your road to UCI?
I just started my 2nd year at UCI and I’ve grown to love this school more and more every year.
2. What is major, and why did you decide to pursue it?
I’m a 2nd year Bio major and I am minoring in Psych and Social Behavior. I decided to pursue this major because I hope to go into the medical field one day and make my parents proud. I currently volunteer at the UCI Medical center and I love helping the nurses and assisting the patients. Being a volunteer gives me hands-on experience of what it is like in the medical field. I have not yet decided if I want to be a doctor or work in a lab and do research.
3. I know you are in a sorority, tell me about your experience and your favorite part?
Yes, I’m a part of Delta Delta Delta and joining this chapter has been one of my best decisions I made at UCI. Not only do I make life-long friends, but also be a part of a supportive sisterhood. My favorite part about being in a sorority is raising money for our philanthropy. We are partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and all Tri Delta Sororities across the nation have pledged to help raise 60 million dollars in 10 years! I’m so honored to be apart of this organization and help make a difference for a child in need.

I would rather see the world in words because there are so many beautiful words that can describe our world.
2. If you could see an event past present or future what would it be?
I would like to see my future wedding because who doesn’t want to know who they are going to marry!
3. What would the name of your autobiography be? I would name my autobiography “Christine Louis: The Girl Who Changed the World” because that would make me sound super important and unforgettable.
