As the weather starts heating up, you might start craving a sweet summer treat. One recipe that has been on repeat for me during these heat waves is a tropical smoothie that is perfect for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert.

What you’ll need:

  • ½ cup of frozen strawberries *
  • ½ cup of frozen mango *
  • ½ of a frozen banana ✝
  • 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 2 cups of Tazo Iced Passion Herbal Tea

* You can buy these already frozen in the freezer section at the grocery store or freeze them yourself.

✝ It’s easier if you peel the banana before your freeze it because it will not peel easily once frozen!

Once you have all your ingredients, you’ll just need to throw them in a blender and blend until smooth for the perfect spring/summer smoothie.
