HC UBC Profile: Leona Chan

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UBC chapter.

Third-year Kinesiology student Leona Chan is a BC native who’s zest for life is contagious. I attended elementary school with her and only recently reconnected. While I attended an international school in China, Leona attended public school in Richmond. We were both pleasantly surprised by how well we could connect despite our very different upbringings. Goes to show that the old nature vs. nurture debate is far from over!
