Every year UAB does a BIG service day, for all students to participate in to serve the community. Organizations and the student body pick sites they will love to serve. UAB has partnered with Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Village Creek Society, Better Basics, Botanical Gardens, and Five Points South. Student Involvement is so important because it shows the community that we care about the environment. UAB is right in the middle of downtown Birmingham which means we have to work together to keep the city clean and help when needed.
Into The Streets will take place on Saturday, October 6, 2018 @8:00 A.M. and the meetup location is the Hill Student Center Amphitheater.
