Motivating yourself to go to the gym is tough…period. I understand. And it’s even harder when it requires leaving the warmth of your home (aka the warmth of your bed, let’s be real) in order to get to the gym. Winter is brutal. It’s cold, windy, often icy or snowy, and frankly, the gym doesn’t seem like a good enough reason to brave such horrible conditions. But that doesn’t mean you can’t workout! I’m here to tell you that you can break a sweat and torch some calories in the comfort of your own home! There’s no need for machines or weights, just a mat or towel, a water bottle, and you! Here are some of my favorite workouts that can be done at home:

1.     Abs at Home

Trying to get that Spring Break bod?? I know I am. This workout tones those abs just in time to hit the beaches!
