I’ve Fallen in Love with ‘The Pilates Class’ and Here’s Why

Having the ability to choose a workout platform out of a billion can be pretty overwhelming—from HIIT to yoga and much more—and nothing has met my needs…until now.

Meet ‘The Pilates Class,’ an online pilates platform that allows you to transform your mind and body right at home.

I have been using this platform for a few years and I’m finally getting into a regular routine. The forum ‘The Pilates Class’ is run by fitness instructor Jacqui Kingswell, and co-founded with her friend and client, Natasha Oakley. The pair came up with the idea amid the COVID-19 pandemic and have maintained it ever since. In addition to its ongoing success with thousands of users joining daily, the platform feels more than just an app—it’s like a community.

all-time favourite fitness platform

Why is this one of my favourite fitness platforms, you ask? I’ve noticed that Jacqui tailors each workout to your style, mood, and current energy levels. The platform’s uniqueness allows you to reach new heights, and Jacqui’s wit and personality is a huge plus—it never gets boring! With the ability to try new movements weekly, the platform also offers an in-person experience through local community hubs, which can be found right in your neighbourhood.

This in-person experience is run by a local ‘TPC Leader’ in major cities, including Montreal, Vancouver, and Toronto. The ability to connect with others who are just as passionate as you are is what makes this app such an incredible and intuitive tool.

Overall, if you’re looking to try something new and have never done pilates, I highly suggest you start with ‘The Pilates Class’ here!
