Once Halloween ends, it is (at least in my eyes) time for the holiday season full of desserts, hot chocolate, and fuzzy blankets! Light a candle, put on your favorite holiday pajamas, and get to the kitchen! Baking during the holidays is one of my favorite activities. Whether you do it alone to relieve some stress (because trust me, it helps), or you make it a family or friend affair, baking is so much fun. Below are some amazing and unique recipes I found that I definitely will be making this winter.

Cupcake Wreath

Wreaths are such a nice holiday decoration—I see them all over town and in my home, on doors and windows. I found an adorable recipe on Good House Keeping that will have you make the best wreath- one made of cupcakes! Definitely check it out if you are a frosting lover!

Yule Log Cake

This recipe was found on Delish, and definitely suits the website name as it surely does seem delish! This recipe will take a little bit of time, so make sure to have time dedicated to this project. Yule logs were of Danish tradition to start burning them on Christmas Eve, so I mean, why not make a cake out of it?

Gingerbread Cheesecake

I mean COME ON. This one explains itself. I am not a big fan of gingerbread houses. They’re too much work and mine never come out very good. And in my opinion, they don’t taste great. But…cheesecake? Gingerbread flavored? Country Living definitely knows what’s up with this recipe. Allergic to nuts? Take out the pecans. Easy :)

Chocolate, Hazelnut & Caramel Tart

If you are a chocolate, nutty, caramel-y lover…this one is for you. This right here is a fan favorite. I have made it many times before and everyone loves it during the holidays! Surprise a loved one with this delicious treat from Good Housekeeping.

Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites

Delish did it again with these amazing cheesecake bites. Super simple NY Style cheesecake, just with some creativity! This is surely something a lot of people will love, especially if they don’t have the biggest sweet tooth!

Hopefully you guys loved these awesome recipe ideas as much as me! I can’t wait to see how they all came out.
