Can you believe it? These red velvet cupcakes are Gluten-Free, Vegan, Paleo, and under 70 calories (with the frosting)! I know, I’ll give you a moment.

CLEAN EATING STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

One of the most iconic foods for Valentine’s Day is strawberries. They are cute, red and look like a heart. What could be more perfect? Unfortunately most strawberry-themed desserts aren’t the best for us, so how about trying this ‘clean’ strawberry shortcake; the perfect way to end a romantic meal with your significant other.

The recipe comes from a blog completely devoted to “clean eating” so take a look around and see if anything else strikes your interest!

VALENTINE’S DAY SMOOTHIES

These smoothies are the perfect choice to start off your day in a delicious and nutritious way. Plus, they are all berry-based smoothies, so they super appropriate for Valentine’s Day!

SEX IN A PAN (HEALTHY REMAKE)

This is a classic dish, sometimes called “Better Than Sex,” “Seven Layer Bars,” and so on. It is usually filled with unhealthy and fatty foods, but with this recipe Chocolate Covered Katie has brought us yet another healthy spin on a delicious classic.

SKINNY BANANA COOKIES

Who doesn’t love a delicous, warm and chocolatey cookie on Valentine’s Day? Well these cookies are about to blow your mind! They are only three ingredients! I know, it’s hard to believe.
