Can you believe you are just four easy moves away from a killer 6-pack? This workout was created and used by Audrina Patridge of The Hills to shed and shred any left over belly fat to be camera ready. Now it is offered to you!
1.) Cat raises: Start in a plank position and slowly lower your buttocks a measly 4 inches. You will feel the burn not only in your abdominals but also your lower back. Can you say, Goodbye love-handles?
2.) Cross-legged lift: Lay down on your back with your arms stretched flat against the floor next to your sides. Cross one leg over the top of the other and hold them above the ground creating a one hundred and thirty-five degree angle with your body. Engage your abs to lift both legs to a ninety degree angle and then lower to starting position. Be sure to alternate legs after one completed set.
3.) Compound crunch: Start in the same beginning position as the last crunch but with both legs extended straight out at the one hundred and thirty-five degree angle. Pull your needs to your chest and crunch upwards with your upper half, just barely raising your shoulder blades off the ground. Disengage your abs and lower slow back to starting position.
4.) Off-set bridge: Start laying on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Extend one leg straight out and use other leg to lift bottom off the ground. This move targets many trouble areas at once including your buttocks, lower back, and lower abdominals.
One set is 20 repetitions. Complete each set twice, three times a week in addition to your normal cardio.
