Everyone knows the feeling of wanting to work out. You wake up in the morning and you know what’s good. You need to go to the gym. And boy, are you pumped.

8:00 AM

You go to your first class sipping lemon water because you are ~pure~ and don’t have time for toxins.

12:00 PM

You’re pretty new to the fit and working out life, so you look through everything at the dining hall for a healthy lunch option.

Disappointed and unable to find anything else, you decide to have a salad. But that’s fine since clearly it’s the only thing you can possibly want eat before a great work out session. You’re still motivated, but the semi-frozen vegetables at the dining halls can be a little hard to get down.

2:30 PM

You are absolutely starving again. You’ve felt like you haven’t eaten in years, and you keep forgetting why you can’t just eat all the snacks in your room.

4:00 PM

Your last class ends at 5, you are starving, and working out is starting to feel like an increasingly bad idea.

The gym is always crowded with people who actually know what they’re doing, and you think it might be a better move to save an elliptical for someone who really wants to use it.

7:00 PM

At this point, you’ve been watching Netflix in bed for 2 hours and eaten everything in your room. You hate to admit it, but there is no way you’re dragging yourself to the gym. But there’s always tomorrow!
