Last night I had the opportunity to compete in the ultimate challenge: a Top-Chef styled competition in which teams of four create an explosively delicious hummus in under 30 minutes. Mystery ingredients are provided so competitors only had to bring their A game. And bring it they certainly did! The best part? The winner of the competition received a year’s supply of Cedar’s Hummus.
Here the teams begin prepping their areas, getting ready for the competition to officially begin.

All in all it was a great experiencee and something I highly suggest doing next year! I know I can’t wait!
