If you have things on your New Year’s resolutions list that you never started, you’re not alone. That doesn’t mean you have to wait until 2022, though.

Set goals now. Every day that passes is the perfect time to start, and as long as you’re ready for change, you can do anything. You’ll most likely thank yourself in a few months, too. I know that clean slates and new beginnings are so inspiring, but isn’t every day a new beginning? Each morning you wake up is a chance to do something you love or change something you don’t.

If you haven’t started on your 2021 goals, don’t feel terrible about it. Don’t fall under the pressure of January 1st. Make a new plan now and get to it. Set daily or weekly goals, too. While they may seem small, they’re still victories, and they help so much more in the long run. If you’re looking for a sign to start on your journey to wherever you want to be, here it is.

Hey! I'm Gabriella and I'm a senior at UT majoring in psychology, minoring in sociology and pursuing a certificate in forensic sciences. I'm excited for all that this last year brings and I can't wait to write about all my adventures! <3
Hi, I'm Madeline Muschalik! This is my fourth year in Her Campus; I wrote for Her Campus at Wake Forest University before transferring to UT in fall 2019. Last year I was the Her Campus Texas Co-President and Campus Correspondent & it was so rewarding. I am excited to explore Austin and learn more about our university through Texas Her Campus. Some of my hobbies include running, reading, yoga, and traveling! I am a Public Relations Major and with a minor in Entrepreneurship and certificate in Creative Writing. Outside of Her Campus I am involved in Texas American Marketing Association, Moody Communication Council, a member of the Kendra Scott WEL Institute Student Council, Texas Kappa Delta, and I am a Transfer Year Interest Group (TRIG) mentor. I love UT & all the amazing opportunities (like Her Campus) that it has to offer!
