Neck-deep in the semester, there’s a lot on your plate. Once you find some free time, all you really want to do is just relax, but sometimes you just don’t really know how. A great place to start is through guided meditation. So, here’s a list of some of the best guided meditation channels on YouTube.
1. Lina Grace
Lina Grace is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and hypnosis expert. Her channel focuses on sleep through hypnosis, guided meditation, and ASMR. If you’re struggling to fall asleep at night, you might want to give her channel a try.
This channel has a lot to do with spirituality, including videos about unblocking your chakras and general tips on how to become more spiritual. Besides being educational, it features a lot of videos focused on affirmations and meditation. There’s a lot of different content, so the channel’s created playlists are a good place to start to find more specific videos.
This channel is pretty run-of-the-mill with guided meditations, nature sounds, and the sorts, but what makes it stand out is how relaxing the narrator’s voice is (personally).
4. Positive Magazine Meditation
Each of these videos focus on a different specific theme that centers around uplifting. The thing about this channel that makes it a little more advantageous is that each video is roughly 10 minutes long. It also has a ton of playlists, so it would be easy to incorporate a different theme each week.
Of course, there are a lot more resources outside of YouTube, but these channels are a good place to start if you’re interested in meditating. As we get closer and closer to finals, remember to take care of yourself and to make time to relax!
