Passion and Positivity: Carrington Byndom

Corporate Communications senior Carrington Byndom just so happens to play cornerback for our football team. In the midst of Thanksgiving and end-of-the-semester chaos, Her Campus Texas got a quick fun interview with him.

Her Campus Texas: What has been your most memorable moment at UT in football? 

Carrington Byndom: Beating Texas A&M in the last ever matchup my sophomore year.

HCTX: What is your dream job?

CB: N.F. L player or Accountant.

 HCTX: What are your hobbies?

CB: Sleeping, being on my phone, playing video games and doing some extra-curricular activities.

HCTX:  If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

CB: Hawaii, because of the beautiful islands.

HCTX: What’s your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Why?

CB: Fellowship. Thanksgiving is a time family and friends can come together and fellowship together and just be thankful for all the things God has given us.

HCTX: If you could have dinner with any celebrity, who would it be and why?

CB: Denzel Washington- He’s my favorite actor.

HCTX: What’s something that not many people know about you? 

CB: I’m pretty good at Sudoku.

HCTX: Top 5 songs played on your iTunes?

CB: I don’t have an iTunes account, I use Pandora and iTunes radio. I know, I’m behind.

HCTX: If you could give people advice on going for their dreams, what would it be?

CB: Have faith in yourself and always be positive!
