This is Joe Pug. He’s a twenty-four year old singer/songwriter from Maryland. He’s played over 200 shows, toured through-out the U.S. and Europe, opened for Josh Ritter and has been featured in Paste Magazine.

Joe plays small venues, and they’re always sold out. His voice is reminiscent of Bob Dylan, his songs are about struggle, and the intimate setting of the small venue really fits his style.

Both times I’ve seen him live, he’s stuck around after the show and talked to his fans. He’s always humble and loves to take pictures.

He even signed this set list for me, and he did the same for my friend at a different show. A Joe Pug show is more than a concert- it’s a backstage, interactive meet-and-greet.

Joe Pug is a believer in free music. He offered to send out a free two-song sampler CD to any fan who requested one. So far he’s sent out over 15,000. You can download his free songs and listen to others at his official website
