Shelby Lovejoy (Math and Psychology, 2014)
Channeling New Girl’s Zooey Deschanel, Shelby Lovejoy describes this look as “quirky” and “fun”. “If I could have any celebrity’s closet it would be Zooey’s,” she said. The math and psychology major, who would rather be cozy in flip-flops than heels any day, proves that you don’t need designer products and major mullah to look great. You just need to know how to dress your personality.
Outside of studying for her two majors, she likes to spend time window-shopping thrift stores, looking for fun-unique pieces for her wardrobe. “Target has pretty cute stuff for a budget, too,” she said
Here she is wearing a Mossimo top from Target, jeans from Hollister, and the unique hand-made bangle bracelets she bought on vacation in Mexico.
This semester Shelby looks forward to mixing her style up a bit, trying new styles and maybe getting away from the go-to black this winter. “This winter I think a must buy is patterned scarves. They would look great with solid colored tops and sweaters.”
