Despite everyone’s own personal experiences during their first month in college there are a few things that a majority of us have encountered or thought once or maybe twice. Due to One Tree Hill recently having its 11th anniversary, I felt there were no better characters to describe exactly how you felt during moments of your first month.

After your first three-day weekend starting on Thursday night you woke up for class on Monday like:

After someone judges you for dressing like a bum to your 8 a.m. class:

When someone complains about waking up for their 10 a.m. class when all you have is 8 a.m. classes:

When you think about what job you would actually be happy with but you can’t even figure out what you’re wearing tonight:

When you’re on the phone with your family and they ask if you have found a special boy yet:

Taking your first exam and second-guessing every answer you put down:

When the guy you liked ends up being a jerk and your friend knew it all along:

When its 3 a.m. and you told yourself you were trying to be healthy but pizza is staring you in the face:

When you look at your best friend the morning after a messy night:

When you realize you aren’t the morning person you were in high school:

When your friends ask you to go out and you feel guilty for just wanting to watch Netflix all night:

When you asked for directions on campus and ended up in the middle of nowhere:

When your friends at other schools ask you if you like UT:

I am Corisa but a lot of my friends call me Cori!
I feel like the real life Hannah Horvath from Girls.
