Sometimes the easiest decisions for some can be the most difficult for others. My high school counselor reminded me of this saying after I continuously debated between which universities to accept college admission. I obviously made the right decision.

This struggle between two choices continues to exist when deciding which outfit to wear, which shoes to purchase, and most importantly, which meal to eat. During the craziness of afternoon classes, afternoon work-out regiments, and afternoon work, I resort to a fast (somewhat tasty) meal. This meal usually consists of Wendy’s chicken nuggets and their value french fries. Delish!

It’s true that eating fast food occasionally is fine, but eating it twice or more a week is simply unhealthy. At the beginning of the year, I kept telling myself to stop eating Wendy’s. This desire to curb my Wendy’s cravings especially came true after I tripped on their floor mat. I told myself, “This incident is a sign. It’s a sign that I should stop eating at Wendy’s!” I ate there two days later.

Not until several weeks ago did I realize that exercising inspired me to change my eating habits. Dancers Shape motivated me to squash my Wendy’s addiction and begin eating sandwiches instead of chicken nuggets. Ami actually suggested eating dried fruit instead of ice cream (although fruit does not have the same consistency as ice cream, it’s just as sweet). I want to continue nourishing my body with the nutrients and vitamins it needs to thrive. Eating healthier and exercising three times a week helps me achieve my goal of having a healthier body.
And as for my good news, I haven’t had Wendy’s in two weeks!
