Not only is no equipment required, but this video is also a part of the Popsugar workout channel on youtube that features hundreds of free workout videos. If you want a workout that engages both your body and mind, kickboxing is an excellent option.

Abs and Core

I like this 15 Min Total Ab and Core Workout  a lot because it is a simple circuit of 7 different exercises that you repeat for a total of 15 minutes. It can be done easily at home and also requires no equipment. This workout is a great way to strengthen your midsection using body weight. Your abs will definitely burn, but in a good way.

Abs and Booty

This Abs and Booty Toning Workoutis great because it targets both the abs and booty all on the ground with no equipment needed. This workout is also a part of the Popsugar channel. What is also really nice about this workout is it lasts a full 30 minutes, so it’s a great way to occupy your time.

Arm Toning

This Toned Arms Workout is really great because it is a full arm workout that requires no equipment and can easily be done at home. It is a total of 10 exercises that you can choose to repeat for as many circuits as you want, so if you feel like doing a 20 minute workout you can just double it.


I personally love dancing, so if there is a way I can get my workout in through dancing, I’m all in. This 30 Min Hip Hop Tabata Workout is great because it blends a series of fun hip hop moves into an intense tabata workout. Each move gets a set of four 20 seconds sessions of work, and in between 10 seconds of rest. You will have 30 seconds of rest in between tabata dance moves. Get ready to sweat.
