I have to admit, the first time I tried cauliflower mashed potatoes, I was skeptical about how tasty they could be. While this dish lack some of the natural potato richness and flavor, this mashed potato alternative is still delicious and contains significantly fewer carbs than traditional mashed potatoes.

 

Paleo-Friendly Apple Pie!

If you are anything like me, Thanksgiving is not complete without apple pie! Paleo apple pie is still absolutely delicious and is very similar to traditional apple pie, using coconut sugar instead of cane sugar and opting for gluten free flour for the crust. I highly recommend trying out paleo apple pie this Thanksgiving. 

 

Gluten Free Gravy

One of the easiest ways to make gluten free gravy is to take chicken, beef, or vegetable broth, warm it in a saucepan, and begin to slowly add cornstarch until the mixture meets your desired consistency. The difference between this method of making gravy and the ones often used is that this recipe omits flour additional unhealthy fats.

 

Green Beans with Garlic

Green beans are almost always a healthy addition to a meal. This recipe is flavorful and will prove an excellent (easy-to-make) addition to your Thanksgiving meal this year!
