I don’t know about you, but fall is my absolute favorite season. The colors, the holidays, the change; I love it all! But, it’s the fall treats that make this season even more enjoyable. Here are five quick and easy fall desserts to enjoy with family and friends!

1. Apple Cider Floats

 

What you will need:

  • Apple cider
  • Ice cream
  • Caramel ice cream topping
  • Cinnamon

2. Salted Caramel Candy Corn Bark

What you will need:

  • 1 bag of waffle style pretzels
  • 1 package vanilla candiquik coating
  • 1 package caramel bits
  • 1 bag of candy corn M&M’s (or regular candy corn)

3. Apple Pie Bites

What you will need:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. apple pie spice
  • 3 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 1/3 chopped pecans
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 can Pillsbury Original crescent rolls

4. Pumpkin Cupcakes

Cake– What you will need:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pumpkin puree

Frosting– What you will need:

  • 1 package of softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

5. Pumpkin Pie Rice Krispie Treats

What you will need:

  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 6 c. Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 oz. white chocolate
