Midterms are here and everyone is chugging down coffee to stay on top of their study schedule. It can become stressful, but it is important to take care of ourselves throughout it all. Here are a few healthy snacks to get through the week:

1. Apples and Peanut Butter

This is the perfect everyday snack! The apple and the peanut butter are both full of nutrients and can keep you full for a long time. You can even mix it up by adding granola on top, but either way you really can’t go wrong!

2. Cheese and Crackers

This is a great snack to get your dairy and carb intake and as well as keeping you full for quite some time.

3. Granola Bars

This is a great on-the-go snack, so even if you’re feeling rushed you can always grab a granola bar on your way out! Check out some bars from the Kashi brand. They have several flavors and forms of their bars, so it includes a variety that is good for anyone!

4. Veggies and Dip

Veggies are always a good source of potassium, vitamins and fiber, which are all key nutrients that are needed. Eating it with a dip is a great way to add more flavor especially if you are not a fan of eating just plain veggies.

5. Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is much healthier than regular yogurt and keeps you fuller longer. Brands like Chobani and Fage are great places to start! Although regular yogurt is fine too, just make sure it is not too high in sugar.
