5 Ways to Love Yourself This Valentine’s Day

Valentines Day is approaching soon, but before you share all your love with others take a step back and share some love with yourself! Here are a few ways to show yourself some love this Sunday:

1. Give yourself positive encouragements: Often we get caught up by telling ourselves “you could have done better” or “you’re not good enough” but don’t clog your mind with negativity- look at yourself in the mirror and say something nice about yourself.

2. Meditate: If you’re feeling stressed or overworked take a minute to close your eyes and breathe. Who knows, it might make you see things you didn’t before with a clearer mind!

3. Hang out and surround yourself with people you love: This will guarantee a night full of fun and laughter!

4. Take time to relax: Light candles, dress in cozy PJ’s, eat the food you love, drink hot tea and watch a movie!

5. Just have fun: Don’t let the semester wear you down, go out, eat a lot, and catch up on missed sleep!
