These three recipes are so easy to make and enjoy year-round!

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Treats

These homemade treats taste just like a Reece’s and are super fun to make with your family. Measure out 320 grams of peanut butter and mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 2 to 4 tablespoons of coconut flour. Coconut flour is highly absorbent and will turn your peanut butter mixture into a more moldable paste. Use the peanut butter mixture to form patties, Christmas trees, stars, or any shape you desire! Place these on a plate and freeze them for 5-10 minutes or until your shapes are slightly more solid. This is to help the dipping process go smoothly. While the peanut butter shapes are in the freezer, melt some chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container. If you’re heating the chocolate in the microwave, it’s really easy to burn the chocolate. In order to avoid this, microwave the chocolate in 20-30 second intervals mixing in between to distribute the heat. Once your chocolate is melted, dip the peanut butter shapes into the chocolate. After dipping all of them, place the treats back in the freezer for a couple more minutes to solidify. These make a perfect gift for the holidays or just a fun treat to enjoy with your family!

Oatmeal Banana Cookies

These are the go to cookies to make with my family because they honestly take 10 minutes to make and another 10 minutes in the oven. These cookies are on the healthier side and are an absolutely perfect treat to enjoy while watching holiday movies with the family. Mash three ripe bananas in a bowl and add 120 grams of peanut butter along with 2 cups or 180 grams of rolled oats and a handful of chocolate chips. Mix all of these ingredients together and form your cookies. Place the cookies in the oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. They come together so quickly and are so easy to make.

Brown Sugar Oat Milk Chai

This cozy drink is perfect for the holiday season and comes together quickly. Using two chai tea bags, add ⅔ of a cup of hot water with a little bit of brown sugar and allow it to steep for 5-10 minutes to make your chai concentrate. If you have pre-made chai concentrate, just use ⅔  of a cup for the drink. Using a small pot, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of water over low heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, add the syrup to ½ a cup of oat milk and mix or froth together. Pour the oat milk mixture and chai concentrate over ice and enjoy!
