Meet Venerada Bautista! A second-year student double majoring in Communications and Spanish. Veny is HC Susqu Chapter Marketing and Publicity Director. Veny is in charge of anything dealing with promoting our Chapter on Susquehanna’s campus. Welcome to the team Veny!
HC: What brought you to Susquehanna?
CC: ” The GO Program (Global Opportunities Program) is lit. Also I love the school colors. Orange is my favorite color. ”
HC: What is your favorite memory at SU?
CC: “There are so many, I can’t think of just one.”
HC: Has SU offered you any unique opportunities so far?
CC: “Yeah, for sure. Just speaking to other student that are in the same major or department as me and seeing what career paths they have taken is pretty eye opening. Also doing my own experimenting like joining different clubs and organizations on campus.”
HC: What are you dreams for the future?
CC: “Well, as of right now working at an advertising agency seems pretty cool. But we will see with time, I’m pretty sure I’ll change it again.”
HC: So what kind of advertising are you interested in?
CC: “I think magazine work.”
HC: What made you interested in Her Campus?
CC: “It was a new opportunity. I like to write, but without boundaries. And I read HC in high school.”
HC: And what is your position for HC Susquehanna chapter
CC: “I am Marketing Director, the best position their is. That is what I’m studying too.”
