I could spend hours watching seemingly pointless videos on Youtube. I am not kidding. I will watch Ellen interviews, David Dobrik vlogs, Bretman Rock and Superwoman for hours without leaving my bed. Recently, I have come across a new youtuber called BrandiTV. She is not a promoter, nor a makeup guru. She is simply a woman who eats edibles, gets crazy high, and paints herself to recreate movie characters. It’s refreshing.
The first video I watched, I did not find funny. I was curious as to what the hype was all about when my sister was almost crying of laughter. Deciding to give Brandi Fernandez another chance, it was the best decision I have ever made. I think the best part about Brandi is her laugh. Her laugh is enough to make you laugh even when nothing funny happened.

My favorite part of this video is when Brandi tries to take the colored contacts out of her eye, while incredibly high.

This is a more recent video of hers, and twice as funny. Brandi actually lowkey does a really good job with this one. It’s always interesting to see her transform into a character using household items, DIY style. However, I recommend watching the Vampire video first, to understand Brandis long lasting fight with putting makeup/contacts/anything near her eyes. You will soon understand what I mean.
3. Werewolf Tutorial After Special Treats

I think the werewolf video might be my favorite video because it features Dan, Brandi’s husband. They are seriously relationship goals! They always know how to have a good time and to never take things too seriously. Watching them makes my inner fangirl happy.
Whenever I am bored, feeling stressed, or sad, I always turn to BrandiTV to cheer me up. I find myself laughing at the fact that in half of her videos she has no idea what she is doing, but is laughing her way through it. I think that’s a big mood for all of us as we try to get through this semester! If you liked these three videos, there are many more Brandi videos that you too can spend hours scrolling through.
