Although the Fall season had a delay due to the temperature staying above the 60s in New York, it’s finally approached. With a dip in degrees the seasonal depression that affects up to 10 million Americans is creeping in. Not to mention daylights savings, which gives us an extra hour of sleep, but still messes with our internal clocks.
