What’s is Her Campus Stony Brook anyway? I follow them on Insta, they post some really cute stuff. Oh it’s a website? Like an online magazine for women at Stony Brook? And they are connected to a national organization? I can be a writer, photographer, or social media correspondent!? It’s everything I’ve been looking for!
2. Nervousness
Are people going to like my articles if I write them? Is anyone even going to care about them? What if I run out of ideas half way through the semester?
3. Flooding with Ideas
Oh my God I want to write about this new beauty trend I saw on YouTube and interview the president of this club and about how my sorority has changed my life and….
4. Pure Joy
People are reading what I wrote and liking what I post on social media! I’m famous!
5. No Regrets
I get to have a voice on this campus to speak about what I am passionate about. I love Her Campus Stony Brook.
