Hey y’all,

It’s finally Thanksgiving – that means food, family and fashion! Hopefully you are able to head home for the break, or at least spend the day with those you are thankful for. And now is the time to start thinking about you will be wearing for this festive holiday. Keep a warm color palette, including lots of cranberry and neutrals, and you are set! Here are some ideas:

Outfit One

This is a perfect outfit for Thanksgiving! It’s both simple and sophisticated. The burgundy skirt brings out the holiday spirit, while the plain white top keeps the look relaxed. Thanksgiving isn’t nearly as formal as Christmas, so save anything glitzy for December.

Outfit Two

This look flawlessly contrasts the previous outfit. If you are looking for something more casual, here it is: a feminine wool jacket, paired with a striped tee and a floral scarf. This outfit focuses mainly on your upper half, using dark wash jeans for your bottom half. Or you could try a skirt, it’s up to you – make the outfit your own.

Outfit Three

Now this looks is clearly based on the shoes. But if you have over-the-knee boots, what more do you need in an outfit? Instead, keep your clothes modest to let your shoes shine. A plum bag perfectly accents a simple tan sweater dress. But a belt and some jewelry add to and complete the look.

And voilá, you have several outfit ideas. These looks can be used for really any party throughout the fall and early winter, especially Thanksgiving. The separate pieces also easily mix with other items in your closet, so use items you have and pair them with the new ones. Keep in mind the weather and your color palette, and then you are set for a fashionable holiday!

Happy Thanksgiving, Oles! xoxo
