5 National Parks You Should Visit This Summer

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St Olaf chapter.

With finals on the horizon, many St. Olaf students are making plans for summer. Some Oles I know have plans to return to their previous summer jobs as baristas and camp counselors, some have internships lined up, and some hope to volunteer. However, I believe it’s important to have some fun too. Do you like to hike and camp? Do you love to be in nature? If you do, you should be happy to learn that America has over 50 national parks around the country. So, grab a couple of friends, pack your hiking-friendly shoes, and take a road trip to these 5 breathtaking national parks this summer!
