Simply said, this was delish!!! A Swedish pancake filled with thinly sliced apples, covered with powdered sugar, drizzled with homemade syrup, and topped off with cinnamon ice cream and whipped cream.

Evan Grogan is a senior at the College of the Holy Cross who is studying abroad for the year at the University of St Andrews.
