Fun Fact- I have three girls. A three year old, and twin four month olds. We do not have twins in our family, but we were beyond surprised to find out the twins were on their way.
Lauren graduated USC in 2005, and went to work for Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical company right out of college. Lauren learned so much working for one of the largest pharma companies, but she continued to follow her passion and teach fitness on the side. One day Lauren decided to take a huge leap of faith and open her own barre3 fitness studio. Each and every day she walks through her studio doors, she is reminded that this was one of the best decisions she ever made. Lauren followed her heart, reached for the stars, and it has been amazing!
