1. Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili Cream Cheese Dip 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup FRANK’S RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce 
  • 1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened 
  • crackers, chips and/or raw cut up vegetables 

Directions

PLACE Cream cheese on serving dish.

POUR Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili Sauce evenly over cream cheese.

SERVE with crackers, chips or vegetables.

2. Frank’s RedHot Original Buffalo Chicken Wings

BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 450 °F for 30 min. until crispy, turning once. 

COMBINE Frank’s RedHot Sauce and butter in bowl.

TOSS wings in sauce to coat completely. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

3. Frank’s RedHot Sweet Chili Meatballs 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey [or ground beef] 
  • 1/3 cup Japanese panko crumbs [or bread crumbs] 
  • 1 large egg, beaten 
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro 
  • 3 green onions, chopped 
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, finely minced 
  • 1/2 tsp. salt 
  • 12 oz. FRANK’S RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce, divided 

Directions

MIX ground meat, panko crumbs, cilantro, onion, ginger, egg, salt, and 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Place on lightly greased baking sheets.

BAKE in 350°F oven for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. Put meatballs in a slow cooker on warm mode.

SERVE with remaining Sweet Chili Sauce in slow cooker on low to keep meatballs warm. Gently stir to coat meatballs.

4. Frank’s RedHot Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 
  • 4 tsp. vegetable oil 
  • 4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as snow peas and bell pepper strips 
  • 1 Tbsp. grated peeled ginger root 
  • 1/3 cup FRANK’S RedHot Sweet Chili® Sauce 

Directions

HEAT 3 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken in batches until well browned, about 6 min. Transfer to plate.

ADD remaining 1 tsp. oil to skillet. Stir-fry vegetables and ginger 3 min. until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return chicken to skillet. 

STIR in Sweet Chili Sauce. Cook until sauce thickens slightly and mixture is well coated. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.

5. Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 
  • 1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/2 cup FRANK’S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK’S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce 
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing 
  • 1/2 cup Treasure Cave ® Blue Cheese Crumbles 

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. 

COMBINE all ingredients and spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish.

BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
