This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at SMU chapter.

People are going to go nuts over these cute treats this fall! (Plus, you don’t need an oven so you can make them in your dorm room!) This super-easy DIY will definitely amp up your festive snack game.

Ingredients:

  • Nutter Butter Bites and/or Peanut Butter Ritz Bits
  • Hershey’s Kisses
  • Mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Step 1: Unwrap the Hershey’s Kisses and arrange the Nutter Butter Bites and Peanut Butter Ritz Bits on a plate.
  • Step 2: Melt 1/6 of a cup of mini chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds intervals until smooth, to act as the adhesive for the acorns.
  • Step 3: Dip the flat side of the Hershey’s Kiss in chocolate and immediately attach the cookie.
  • Step 4: Carefully, dip the mini chocolate chips into the melted chocolate and add to the top of the acorn to act the stems.
  • Step 5: Let chocolate harden, then serve.
