Easy Alfredo Sauce

Cooking in college is difficult. Dining halls aren’t delicious either, so students are inevitably forced to learn to cook. With this simple recipe you will be on your way to a tasty meal.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of Cream Cheese

Asiago, parmesan, or mozerella cheese

1 cup of milk

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Box of spaghetti

 

Step 1:

Bring water to a boil and put in spaghetti.

 

Step 2:

Grate cheese till you have roughly 3 cups of cheese.

 

Step 3:

Melt butter into pot and add milk, cream cheese, cheese, salt and pepper.

 

Step 4:

Turn stove top on low and whisk pot till all ingredients melt into a sauce.

 

Step 5:

Bring sauce to boil and continue to whisk for 5-8 minutes.

 

Step 6:

Pour sauce directly on pasta, mix, and enjoy.
