Granola bars are the perfect snack to satisfy your mid-day munchies. However, many of the granola bars on the market these days are filled with sugar and other processed ingredients, leaving you unsatisfied. These granola bars are super healthy, packed with protein, easy to make, and are completely raw/bake-free!

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats

½ cup of chopped nuts (I used walnuts and slivered almonds)

½ cup of nut butter (I used almond butter, but feel free to use whatever you like best)

½ cup of honey

¼ cup of dried cranberries

optional ingredients:

¼ cup of raw cacao nibs, ¼ cup of unsweetened coconut, ¼ cup of chia seeds

Procedure:

Combine the dry ingredients (oats, nuts, and other add-ins)

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and make sure everything gets evenly coated

Press into an 8×8 pan and freeze for 20 minutes and then cut them up and store in the fridge until ready to devour!

These granola bars are so easy to make and pretty much foolproof. Feel free to get creative and make these bars your own! The possibilities are endless and the results are sure to be amazing.
